Parent Volunteer

All MPDS volunteers must undergo and be approved by completing an iChat background check. This background check is free of charge and can be completed by following the steps below.

Step 1: Email a copy of your State of Michigan ID or Driver License to joanne.klobucher@madisondistrict.org

Step 2: Complete the MDPS VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

**All applications will be processed only on Tuesdays**

**Approvals are only valid for the school year during which they are granted.**
